The Phoebus also obtained 2 forks in the Michelin Guide in 2001. The large bay windows of the restaurant room overlook the “Ariège” river and offer a unique panorama of the imposing castle of Gaston Phoebus. In the evening, the castle's illuminations make the place magical.
